Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only if the product received is damaged, defective.

Return requests must be raised within 2 days (48 hours) of receiving your order.

No returns or refunds will be accepted if:

The product has been used, tampered with, or is not in its original condition.

The request is made after 48 hours of delivery.

Return Process

Unboxing Video – Customers must provide a clear, uncut, and unedited unboxing video from the moment the package is opened. Any damage/defect must be clearly visible.

Send Proof – Share the unboxing video with us on WhatsApp / Email within 48 hours of delivery.

Inspection & Approval – Our team will review the video and confirm whether your return request is approved.

Refund Process

Once the returned product verified, the refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Important Conditions

If the package is returned due to customer error (wrong/incomplete address, refusal to accept delivery):

Only 70% of the order value will be refunded (shipping excluded).

Customers can choose to reorder, but fresh shipping charges will apply.

If the order is lost or misplaced due to an incorrect/incomplete address provided by the customer, KannadaBook.in will not be liable and no refund will be issued.

Strict Deadline – If damages are not reported within 48 hours, no return or refund will be processed.
